Roasted Oolong Tea is oxidised at varying levels will create a floral to grassy blend, leaving your tea cup with beautiful green to brown hues. Try adding a splash of milk and drizzle some honey for a sweeter tea, or drink the tea by itself and we guarantee that you will enjoy its natural delicious flavours.

Ratio of tea brewing (1:40) 

10 g tea leaves

400 ml water

 

Method of Brewing:

 

1. Stir 10 grams of tea leaves into the 400ml boiled water until well blended.The best temperature for brewing this tea is 85-90ºC (194-185ºF), which is just below the boiling point. You can just boil the water using a simple stove-top kettle 

 

2. Cover and leave for 8 minutes.

3. Filter the tea leaves

4. It is ready for serve

 

The receipe can be adjusted by personal taste, for strong tea tase, the ration can be adjusted to 1:30. 

 

Suggestion: To keep tea fresh, please consume within 4 hours after brewing
