10 g tea leaves
400 ml water
Method of Brewing:
1. Stir 10 grams of tea leaves into the 400ml boiled water (100°C (212°F) until well blended.
2. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
3. Filter the tea leaves
4. Let it cool down for 10mins and ready for serve
The receipe can be adjusted by personal taste, for strong tea tase, the ration can be adjusted to 1:30.
