Mochi is a traditional Japanese rice cake snack enjoyed throughout several cultures and nations. Mango Mini Mochi is individually coated with powder to prevent them from sticking to one another, securely sealed in a tray and bag, and ready to serve.Mini Mochi is great serve with yogurt, ice cream and snow ice.Imagine a spoonful of matcha green tea snow ice or frozen yogurt, sided with these little rice cake balls, and a bit of red bean. Yummy!

  • Mini Mochi Recipe:

    Matcha Mochi Yogurt Pops

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups Plain Yogurt
    • 2 tbsp  Honey syrup, or more to taste
    • 2 tsp MBT premium Matcha Powder
    • Pinch of Kosher Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
    • 1 cup Tea Zone Mini Mochi

    Directions:

    1. Whisk together all ingredients except for the mochi

    2. Fold in the mochi

    3. Spoon into popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for a few hours

    4. Run the molds under warm water for easy removal
