Blue Butterfly Pea Flower is a culinary chameleon! Swirl with liquid and watch as it instantly blooms a brilliant blue. Squeeze in a twist of lemon or lime and, as the pH becomes more acidic, the solution turns a beautiful deep magenta --amazing for multifaceted drink!


Native to Thailand and Myanmar, it is traditionally brewed as a tea steeped with honey, mint, cinnamon, passionfruit, ginger or lemongrass and served hot or cold as a relaxing digestif akin to chamomile tea.

Blue Butterfly Pea Tea (25g)

  • Add 1/2 tsp per cup, add boiling water and let brew for 1-3 mins or longer if preferred. Great also served iced.
