What payment methods can you use to purchase the M.B.T Club Subscription?
We currently offer credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal as payment methods to purchase the M.B.T Club Subscription.
Can I purchase the M.B.T Club Subscription and other items in one transaction?
Our Club Subscription must be purchased in a single transaction. If you wish to order additional items, these items must be purchased in a separate transaction.
Do I have to pay shipping on the M.B.T Club Subscription?
Not at all! We offer free standard delivery in Australia for all M.B.T Club Subscription purchases.
How often is the M.B.T Club Subscription and how often will I be billed?
Depends on which Club plan you choose. Your billing cycle will also be every month from the date of your first purchase – how easy is that!
Can I get my M.B.T Club Subscription gift wrapped?
At this stage, we currently don’t offer gift wrap for our club Subscription.
Can I cancel my M.B.T Club Subscription at any time?
You can cancel your M.B.T Subscription by contact us . Once cancelled, your club membership will no longer be automatically rolled over into next paid subscription. However,
Do I get a free gift with every purchase?
What happens if my payment fails?
Every month we will attempt to debit the credit card linked to your M.B.T Subscription. After three unsuccessful attempts, we will cancel your subscription.
Can I change the address for the next subscription box?
Absolutely! Log into your account . Under ‘My subscription’ click ‘Edit your subscription.’ A pop-up will then appear under your delivery address. Click edit, fill out your form (and make sure to hit ‘Save’!). Gift subscription addresses cannot be amended. Please note that your address must be amended three business days before your billing cycle for us to send your next edition to your updated address.
